Avid Editing
Avid is one of the three major editing programs used today. Avid media composer is the one most commonly used by professionals. About 85 percent of what is seen on film and television is edited using Avid. If you are serious about a career working in film and television, ths is an essential program to learn. Our program is designed to give you the mechanics as well as the practices that will get you hired and keep you employed. The Necessary Studios Avid editing workshop is taught over four weeks. We don't believe editing can be learned in just 12 hours. Students will be give editing assignments on a weekly basis to reinforce class lessons.
